Our services
Support built around your goals
Every support we provide starts with a conversation about what you want from life — then we shape the service around it. We support participants aged 9 and over, under a plain-English service agreement priced in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
Daily living support
Practical, respectful assistance with everyday routines at home — done alongside you, at your pace, in the way you like things done.
Morning and evening routines — getting the day started and wound down smoothly
Establishing and keeping routines — structure, reminders and planning that stick
Everyday tasks — the small things that make independent living work
Who this suits
People who want to stay in control of their own home and day, with just the right amount of backup — support that builds confidence rather than taking over.
Ask about daily living supportPersonal care
Personal care is personal. We deliver it with dignity, privacy and consistency — by workers you've chosen and come to know.
Showering, dressing and grooming — respectful assistance, your preferences first
Consistent workers — the same familiar people, not a revolving roster
Your choice, always — including worker preferences where possible
Our promise
Our team completes the required NDIS screening and compliance checks. If a worker isn't the right fit for you, tell us once — we'll sort it, no awkwardness.
Ask about personal careMeal preparation & household help
Good food and a comfortable home make everything else easier. We help with the practical side of running a household — together.
Meal planning and cooking — meals you actually like, made with you
Shopping — groceries and errands, in person or online
Light household tasks — laundry, tidying and keeping your space liveable
Skills, not just service
Where it suits your goals, everyday tasks become skill-building — cooking a favourite recipe yourself, managing a shopping budget, running your own home.
Ask about household supportCommunity participation & social access
The Northern Rivers has so much on offer — beaches, markets, music, sport, community groups. We help you get out there and be part of it, your way.
Social and recreational outings — more of what you love, with support that fades into the background
Groups, classes and volunteering — connections that last beyond the shift
Confidence out and about — public transport, new places, new people
Local knowledge counts
Because we live here, we know what's on — from beach days at Ballina and Lennox Head to markets and events around Lismore and Byron Bay. We'll bring ideas; you make the call.
Ask about community accessTransport to appointments & activities
Getting there shouldn't be the hard part. We provide reliable transport with support — not just a lift, but a worker alongside you where you need one.
Medical and allied health appointments — on time, with support before and after if needed
Activities and social events — door to door, across the region
Shopping and errands — combined with in-person support
Reliability, taken seriously
Missed lifts mean missed appointments — so punctuality is something we roster for deliberately, not something we hope for.

The best support works itself out of a job. Our capacity-building supports focus on the skills that grow your independence, tied directly to the goals in your plan.
Goal-focused support — every shift connects back to what you're working towards
Life skills — cooking, budgeting, travel training, routines, communication
Progress you can see — small wins, celebrated and built on
An honest approach
We won't promise overnight transformations — no one honestly can. What we promise is consistent, skilled support aimed squarely at your goals, and straight talk about progress.

That's what the first conversation is for. Tell us what a good week looks like for you — we'll help you work out the rest, no pressure.
