Participants: aged 9+, self-managed or plan-managed. Area: within about an hour of Byron Bay, Lennox Head and Ballina — including Lismore, Alstonville and Goonellabah. Supports: community access, social and community participation, assistance with daily living, personal care, transport, meal preparation, light household tasks, skill development, school pick-up and after-school support, and non-clinical medication prompting — all as 1:1 support.
